Alumni Adda 4.0: BRACU Alumni Reunite as Colleagues

Published: April 30, 2025

On April 30, 2025, BRAC University’s Office of Career Services and Alumni Relations (OCSAR) hosted Alumni Adda 4.0 at the Alumni Lounge, bringing together internal alumni — former students now serving as faculty and staff — for a special evening of reflection, connection, and celebration.

Alumni from departments including the Registrar’s Office, IT Systems Office, Human Resources, BRAC Institute of Languages (BIL), School of Law, and more shared stories of their journey from students to professionals at BRAC University.

The event was graced by the presence of Registrar Dr. Dave Dowland and Joint Director of Student Life Tahsina Rahman. It was led by Alumni Manager Forhad Hossain, who facilitated an engaging and nostalgic atmosphere filled with songs, and open mic moments.

Laughter, memories, and spontaneous conversations turned the evening into more than just a gathering— it was a celebration of shared identity and continued commitment. Alumni expressed joy at reconnecting with old friends on the same campus, now as colleagues.

The success of Alumni Adda 4.0 reflects a growing desire for more alumni engagement events in the future, reinforcing the lifelong bond with BRAC University.
